Vince DiNoto Technical Blogs
Vince DiNoto is CoPI with the GeoTech Center. He is Dean of Research and Systemic Initiatives at the Kentucky Community & Technical College System at the Jefferson Community College located in Louisville KY. His interest includes IT and GIS and Virtualization of GIS Software as a Service (SaaS) and Remote Access to GIS Applications.
